So big So fast...

I just wanted to share a cute story about my little Chandler and how sad I am that he is growing up So fast. We live by an elementary school and everyday when we drive past he says he wants to go to school. So I told him that he can't go to school until he quits pooping in his pants because you can't wear diapers to school. So the next time he went poop in the toilet he said "Go to school, mom?" As soon as possible I changed the subject because obviously its going to be a few years before he has that opportunity. But apparently he didn't forget because yesterday he was coloring and said, "Im just doing my homework." WHAT? How does he even know what homework is? I am so sad that he is growing up but it is so fun to watch him learn and remember the things he his being taught. The other day I saw him folding Brodys arms and saying.."Heavenly Father..Thank you" Iam so glad the things we do ACTUALLY sink in because I feel like he doesn't listen to a word I say. I love my boys SO much and I am so thankful for the opportunity I have to be their Mom! What a great job we as mothers have to teach these young children. Be grateful for the stage you are in right now, because it changes before you even know it and we can't get these fun times back. Sometimes we need to just relax and laugh at our kids because lets face it, although sometimes they are naughty they are pretty darn hilarious!

Chandler is Hilarious!! I totally agree with the relaxing comment. Let us not cry over spilt milk:) You are an awesome MOM and Chandler and Brody are so lucky to have parents like you. I love hearing little stories like that. I think that is so cute that he was wanting so bad to be a big kid. What a cutie!! Brooke

It was fun hanging out with you the other night even though it was chaotic taking care of all the boys. (It was well worth it, I just think I might wait awhile before we have another kid jk)

That story is so funny and Chandler is such a smart little boy. He is going to love school when he gets big enough and he will be the life of the party. I love his personality and he is just the cutest thing ever. Kids help you put so many things into perspective and really make you think about life. You are doing great and you are such a good mom. Keep up the good work

CHans the man! I love him so much and I don't know if it was b/c I babysat him when he was so little while I was pregnant with Hallee but he just has this speacial place in my heart. I don't want him to get any bigger. Thanks for inviting us swimming last night... it was so much fun and I loved taking Chan and HAllee down the slide... especially right when you come out of the water and they yell AGAIN! I am glad that they are buddies.
